Join chefs Virgilio Martinez (Lima’s Central) and Ricardo Zarate (Rosaline) as they meet up for a casual conversation at the culinary-focused bookshop, Now Serving, in Chinatown. Martinez is known for using local ingredients and cooking practices with modern technique in his native Peru, while Zarate is considered the godfather of Peruvian cuisine in LA.
