Tiny Dancers

The youthful Ballet Tech dances its way back to the Joyce Theater in Chelsea.

The dancers in Ballet Tech, a 43-year-old youth dance troupe founded by choreographer Eliot Feld, may be young, but their performances are anything but kid stuff. These dancers, ranging in age from 9 to 14, display the precision and professionalism of performers twice their age. From Thursday, June 8, to Sunday, June 11, the Joyce Theater in Chelsea will present their impressive work in three separate shows (with Saturday and Sunday matinees). These kid-friendly events will inspire your little dancers and surprise grown-ups who had no idea children could move with such grace and confidence. Catch these kids before they become adult dance sensations.

Why You Should Go: Ballet Tech’s performances prove that talent can be cultivated at any age and no matter how old you are, you can be inspired by the commitment of well-trained artists.
