The Metropolitan Museum of Art’s highly anticipated and highly publicized—with a little help from the patron saint of camp, Lady Gaga, and dozens of other wonderfully, ludicrously dressed celebs—exhibition “Camp: Notes on Fashion” finally opened to the public today. We got an exclusive preview of the show and are happy to report that, while the camp on display is not of the same John Waters– and drag queen–variety we’ve come to know and love, it lives up to the hype nonetheless.
