The 3rd Annual Chicago Cider Week is here, promising events and cider tappings so reliably delicious it should probably be made one of Newton’s Laws of Motion. From February 1-9, various bars and restaurants turn their focus towards cider and educational events to promote the Midwest’s cider culture. Eris Brewery & Cider House Turns 1
How perfect will it be to celebrate Eris’s first birthday during Chicago Cider Week?! Drop in for special tappings and “birthday specials,” including cake, of course.

Cider Week Party at The Native
There’s something for all at The Native, as the Logan Square bar features popular Michigan hard cider, Blake’s Cider, on tap while supporting several local charities. There will also be a DJ spinning your favorite punk jams.

Monday Funday: Chicago Cider Week Edition at The Long Room
The Long Room is the first place in Chicago to feature 2 Towns Ciderhouse on draft, so it’s fitting that they’ll be hosting this Oregon cidery’s Pinot Rosé on tap.

North Shore Tap Takeover at Corridor Brewing
North Shore is taking over the taps at Corridor on Tuesday. Beer & Vinyl night will also be in full swing with DJ Dr. Drase curating the records for the evening.

In-Ciders at Sleeping Village
Stop by this “insiders” event for a behind-the-scenes look at the cider industry and hear from experts in the field; ticket includes complimentary can of cider.

Right Bee takes flight at the CAA’s popular Game Room for a special release of their barrel-aged cider.

Put what you’ve learned (or not) about ciders to work at this hands-on class about mixing cider in cocktails.

Cider Summit at Navy Pier’s Aon Grand Ballroom
The 7th annual Cider Summit Chicago featuring 150 ciders, cider cocktails and apple spirits aplenty. Session 1 is 12-3 p.m. (VIP admission at 11 a.m.) and session 2 is 5-8 p.m. (VIP admission at 4 p.m.)
