It’s just another Sunday in the Bed-Stuy/Clinton Hill/Fort Greene area of Brooklyn…couples are walking their dogs, neighbors are getting coffee at the deli, bundled kids are skipping on the sidewalk, and Pratt students are headed to the library. And all of them are looking effortlessly chic.

From the perfect beanie to a pair of worn white sneaks—whether they’re thrift store finds or haute couture—Brooklynites have the cas’-cool look down. We stopped a few of the locals to ask them about their outfits.

And a lot of my outerwear is black, so naturally they match. I’m not sick; I’m just too lazy to put makeup on, but I still want to cover up my acne scars.
