Halloween

Whodunnit?

Collect the clues and solve the murder mystery at Mount Vernon Hotel Museum & Garden.

Go back in time at the Mount Vernon Hotel Museum & Garden, a restored 19th-century hotel. Built in 1799 as a carriage house for the daughter of President John Adams, it became a hotel and day resort for the city’s “genteel and respectable” in 1823. Located in what is now Manhattan’s Lenox Hill area, the hotel was surrounded by farmland and considered a rural escape from the crowded southern tip of the island!

For Halloween, they are staging an hour-long murder mystery game, based on the story of an actual unidentified skeleton found here in the 1920s. Armed with only a candle and your wit, can you crack the case?
