Chocolatiers and chefs from around the world gather to celebrate truffles, ice cream, bars, cakes, and all things cocoa at this two-day choco-expo on Manhattan's west side. Learn to make chocolate from beans at home with Erin Andrews from indi chocolate, create a chocolate centerpiece with Jacques Torres, and hand roll truffles with Jessie Riley of the Institute of Culinary Education.
