CJ Jacobson followed up his River North hit, Ēma, with another Mediterranean small plates stunner—this one from a third-story perch above Fulton Market. The space goes open-air in summer, evoking the sun-soaked region it’s modeled after. Drinks, such as the slushy Life on Freezy Street (Sauvignon Blanc, grapefruit, passionfruit and lime), follow suit.
