Eat, Drink | $$$$$
Boozy brunch, romantic date, friends visiting from out of town—this French-themed boîte overlooking Pershing Square and Downtown LA pretty much caters to all. It’s a lovely spot for snacks and drinks or entire blowout meals. Every night there’s something, live jazz or DJs, and always a very cool view of the skyline. If you don't want to fight the crowds, and everyone trying to get to the top via two different elevator rides, try happy hour on weeknights.
