A welcome addition to the West Loop, Rooh is a modern Indian restaurant out of San Francisco, featuring elegant and seasonally inspired preparations by chef Sujan Sarkar. Dishes both small and large range from tuna chaat with green mango and puffed black rice to lamb chops with pistachio and curry leaf crumb. There's also an impressive cocktail program.
