Perched on the rooftop of the Hoxton Hotel, Cabra is a Peruvian-inspired effort from Chicago's most revered celebrity chef, Stephanie Izard. Up here, the ceviches and plant-filled bar are as beautiful as the sweeping skyline views. There's ample outdoor space too, including a small pool.
