At the restaurant's three locations--on the Upper East Side and in Hells Kitchen and midtown--you'll find exquisitely presented Latin American cuisine with Italian and Spanish touches. This results in Spanish octopus served happily alongside dishes of Chilean salmon and Brazilian fish ribs slathered in a homemade orange chipotle BBQ sauce, which might sound odd but trust us, they are tender and wonderful.
