An old West 4th Street bar has been re-envisioned as a gorgeous watering hole by one of our favorite up-and-coming designers! The whiskey-forward drinks menu—an entire board of them from around the world, plus great cocktails—might scare off the wings-and-Bud crowd that typically haunts this block. (Here, the wings are duck.) We recommend a rib eye and chips, a patty melt, even barley risotto. And those onion rings!
